Helping your child succeed at School
There will be five workshops in total, and parents can chose one or all of the sessions to attend. Each workshop will run from 9:10am to approx 10:40am. Light refreshments will be provided.

Week 2 – The curriculum including early years foundation. Key stage 1,2, and 3. Maths – What is taught. Making a resource to help with maths at home.

Week 3 – Understanding the school attendance register, what are authorised and unauthorised absences, Illness, term-time leave. When the Education Welfare Officer will get involved. Impact of being late to school.

Week 4 – Factors that affect attendance. Keeping children safe online. Guest speaker.
